Mounting the vaporizer
Step 1
Set the dial to .

Unlock the locking lever.
• Turn the lever counter-clockwise.
• Make sure the lever releases.

Step 3
Prepare the manifold.
• Remove any plugs fitted to the
vaporizer interlock block ports.
• Verify that each manifold port
valve O-ring is intact. If
necessary, remove the existing
O-rings and fit one new O-ring to
each port valve, as described in
the relevant anesthesia system
User’s Reference Manual.
Replacement O-rings are
supplied with each vaporizer.
1. Vaporizer Interlock Block Port - ensure plugs removed
2. Replace Manifold Port Valve O-ring, if necessary
