Here archive_interval_min is the archive interval in minutes and ID is the transmitter ID number
between 1 and 8.
It is possible for the number of wind samples to be larger than the "expected" maximum value.
This is because the maximum value is a long term average, rounded to an integer. The
WeatherLink program displays 100% in these cases (i.e. not the 105% that the math would
suggest).
