NOTICE The intended use of the equipment is to be installed in the fuse box and used
together with DEFA Power as a dynamic load balancer for optimizing electric vehicle
charging.
Installation planning
Make sure to follow local regulations which may overrule some of the installation requirements
below.
The installation site must not be located in an area subject to flooding, in close proximity to
water, or in areas used to store objects or containers containing liquids.
Make sure there are 2 DIN-module spaces available for the installation.
Make sure the network the charging station is connected to is also available for DEFA Balancer.
Make sure conductors are secured from strain, including twisting where they are connected and
shall be protected from abrasion.
Make sure wires used with this product have an operating temperature range of at least -25 to
+60°C. Copper or aluminium cables can be used.
