ADDING CLEANING FLUID
FILTER REMINDER
Use only purified water to clean
records as the limescale in tap
water will leave residue on the
inner suaces of the machine over
time. We recommend using diilled
or deionized water. Whichever water
type is used, it is impoant to have
low levels of dissolved solids, eg.
limescale. You can add Degritter Cleaning
Fluid into the machine water tank
to improve the cleaning process.
Degritter will run without it, but some
impurities need a detergent to
properly get rid of them.
Fill the tank with diilled water,
then add the cleaning fluid and run
the degas function. Mix the fluids
evenly by irring them with the
pipette. The suggeed quantity for
adding cleaning fluid is marked on
the label of the fluid bottle. If used
in prescribed concentrations, the
Degritter cleaning fluids do not
need to be rinsed.
Limescale build up in the machine
will cause failures and it will void
warranty.
It is recommended to change the
water in the tank at lea once
every 1-2 weeks or aer every 30
records. This is to avoid any
microbial growth.
Do not add foaming cleaning fluids
to the water. Excessive amounts of
foam can aect the
machine’s sensors.
Add cleaning fluid only once per
water tank. Using too much clean-
ing fluid will cause excessive
foaming.
