Is Ultrasonic Cleaning
working?
Is the Ultrasonic Cleaning
working?
Temperature must rise
Machine is leaking water
The ultrasonic cleaning in Degritter
machines can normally be detect-
ed by an accompanying hissing
sound that resembles white noise.
This is be heard during the Degas
program when the machine turns
ultrasonic cleaning on and owith
about 7-10s intervals.
If there is doubt that Degritter’s
ultrasonic cleaning is not working
properly, then the following char-
acteriics of the machine can be
checked.
Ultrasonic cleaning in Degritter
uses about 300W of power. A large
poion of this will eventually be
conveed to heat and when ultra-
sonic cleaning is working properly,
the machine will heat up during use.
If the machine is working properly,
then during a 4 revolution cycle the
water temperature visible on the
display will rise above 30 °C (86 °F).
If the temperature in the machine
does not rise or if the machine
has very low power consumption,
contact suppo@degritter.com.
