Thick records get stuck
When the record in the machine tilts
to one side and rubs again the
rubber gasket that is around the
record inseion slot, then mo likely
there is a problem with the align-
ment of the plaic rollers located
at the top right side of the machine
that revolve the record.
To solve the issue, remove the
rubber gasket from around the
record inseion slot. Use a large
flat headed screwdriver to shi the
roller on the top right side of the
machine on its sha slightly. The
sha of this roller is connected to a
motor driving the belt drive and the
roller has been placed on the sha
with a tight fit. It is possible to move
the roller’s position slightly by press-
ing on its sides with a screwdriver.

On some occasions, during the
washing cycle, the side of the
record exiting the ultrasonic clean-
ing tank can look almo dry. The
cleaning fluid acting as a sur-
factant together with the back and
foh movement of the record can
cause almo all the water to flow
o. When the water level inside the
ultrasonic cleaning tank is close to
the label during washing, then there
is no reason to be alarmed.

has been turned o from the AC
switch at the back and also detach
the power cable from the machine.
