Safety and operational recommendations
ATTENTION !
READ THIS USER MANUAL CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ITS INSTRUCTIONS. REMEMBER NOT
FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS VIOLATES YOUR RIGHT TO WARRANTY CLAIMS.
Please read this user manual carefully to use the equipment correctly. Please keep this manual to be able
to use the instructions and guidance contained therein also in the future. Should you need to repair the
equipment, please contact an authorised service centre.
WARNING !
OPENING THE HOUSING MAY RESULT IN ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Do not, under threat of electric shock, remove the housing or back cover from the device. Even when the
device is switched off, dangerously high voltages may occur inside the housing. There are no parts inside
that the user can replace or repair himself. If damage is found, repairs may only be carried out by an
authorised service centre. The power cord may only be replaced by a specialist service workshop. Protect
batteries and devices with batteries installed from excessive heat from the sun, fire, etc.
WARNING !
To avoid the danger of fire or electric shock, the equipment must not be exposed to water (e.g. rain) and
must be protected from moisture. Do not place the equipment in locations where it may be splashed (e.g.
near bathrooms, saunas) or place objects containing liquids (e.g. vases) on the player.
ATTENTION !
Ventilation openings must not be blocked. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's
recommendations. The openings in the housing have been made for ventilation, proper operation and
protection against overheating. These openings must not be obstructed by placing the appliance on a
bed, sofa, carpet or similar surface. The appliance must not be placed in a built-in surface, e.g. book
shelves or cupboards, unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer's recommendations have
been followed.
REPAIRS
All servicing must be carried out by a service centre. If the unit has been dropped, the power-supply cord
has been damaged, liquid has gotten into the unit, the unit has been exposed to rain, does not operate
normally, or a noticeable degradation in sound quality has occurred.
