Level Railing Installaon Guide
• Please read all instrucons completely before starng any installaon of DekPro™ Presge Railing Systems.
• SAFETY: Always be safe and follow all instrucons when using power tools and always wear safety goggles!
• Proper blocking must be in place before mounng posts.
• Rail Secons come in nominal 6 & 8 lengths. (Actual rail lengths are 70” and 96.75” respecvely).
• Residenal default nished rail height when using DekPro™ bracket installaon Quick Jig is 38” and Commercial is 42”.
• Posts are available in RESIDENTIAL (3.0” post w/ ange and 4” Sleeve) and COMMERCIAL (3” post w/ ange)
• DekPro™ Presge Railings should be installed using good building principles in accordance with local building codes
and the installaon guidelines. Consult your local building code ocial and check all code requirements before
installing railings. DekPro™ or its distributors shall not be held liable for improper or unsafe installaons.
• It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain all required building permits and meet code requirements.
• DekPro™ Presge Railing has been tested by ATI and meets the most current tesng standards for IRC and IBC
construcon codes AC273. Test report CCRR # 0233.

All fasteners for aaching brackets to posts and rails are packaged with rail kits. Fasteners for post base are NOT
provided due to varying installaon circumstances. #14 T30 Torx, self-drilling screws included. 2 screws for each
bracket aachment and 1 screw for securing rail prole to the bracket. Foot block assembly has 1 screw for the
connector and two for the shoe. All screws are color matched to the rail. Use a T30 Torx screwdriver bit for a sure t.
