Why is the green AC indicator light not on when my Delfi Medical Equipment is plugged in?

If the green AC indicator light on your Delfi Medical Equipment doesn't illuminate when plugged in, first ensure the wall socket is working, has the correct voltage, and the plug is fully inserted. Next, check that the AC power supply is properly connected to the unit. Verify you are using the AC power adapter supplied with your Delfi unit. If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact Delfi.
