4 Tap Optional Input Language to select the
input language.
5 Tap the desired language.
6 Tap the Home/Back button to close the Input
Method Setting screen.
Entering Text With QWERTY
To type text using the standard keyboard, you
should use the QWERTY input mode. As you type,
each letter appears above your thumb or finger. The
letter is not entered until you release your finger
from the key.
Switching to QWERTY Keyboard Mode
1 Tap a text field, such as in a note or new
contact, to open the input panel.
2 Tap and hold the ABC or 123 icon to select
QWERTY Keyboard as your input method.
