Default Input Method Setting
1 Tap the Settings icon to open the Settings
screen.
2 In the Phone basics section, tap Language
and input to open the Language screen.
3 Tap Default input method to open the Input
methods settings screen.
4 Select any of the following settings:
• Vibrate on — Tap to turn on vibrate
when a key is pressed.
• Auto Completion on — Tap to enable
auto complete.
• AutoCaps on — Tap to enable auto
caps function.
• Optional Input language — Tap to
select the first input language.
• Pen color — Tap to select the pen color
for handwriting input method.
• Pen width — Tap to select the pen
width for handwriting input method.
• Recognize waiting — Slide the bar to
set the waiting time in seconds to
recognize handwriting.
• ABC Input mode interval — Tap to
select the interval time (milliseconds)
between tapping keys.
Ringtones and Sounds Settings
Ringtones and Sounds settings allow you to change
or create a ringtone profile, select a profile to use,
and edit an existing profile.
Selecting a Profile
1 Tap the Settings icon to open the Settings
screen.
2 Tap Ringtones and sounds to open the
Ringtones and sounds settings. The check
mark appears beside the selected ringtone
