Shortcut Description
<F10>
Activates the menu bar in the active
program.
<Ctrl><c> Copies a selected item.
<Ctrl><x> Cuts a selected item.
<Ctrl><v> Pastes a selected item.
<Ctrl><z> Undoes an action.
<Ctrl><a>
Selects all items in a document or
window.
<Ctrl><F4>
Closes the active window (in programs
that allow you to have multiple
documents open simultaneously).
<Ctrl><Alt><Tab>
Uses the arrow keys to switch between
open items.
<Alt><Tab> Switches between open items.
<Alt><Esc>
Cycles through items in the order in
which they were opened.
<Delete>
Deletes a selected item and move it to the
Recycle Bin.
<Shift><Delete>
Deletes the selected item without moving
it to the Recycle Bin first.
<Ctrl> and right-arrow key
Moves the cursor to the beginning of the
next word.
