Dell Inspiron 5300 - Installing the Power Button with Fingerprint Reader

Steps
1. Remove the screw (M2x3) that secures the power-button shield to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2. Peel the mylar tape that secures the power-button shield to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Lift the power-button shield off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4. Peel off the tape that secures the power-button cable to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
5. Remove the screw (M2x5) that secures the power button to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
6. Open the latch and disconnect the power-button cable from the power-button board.
7. Lift the power button along with its cable off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
8. Peel the tape that secures the fingerprint-reader cable to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
9. Open the latch and disconnect th fingerprint-reader cable from the power-button board.
10. Peel the fingerprint-reader cable from the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
11. Lift the fingerprint-reader cable, and the power-button board off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
