2. Navigate to Online ePSA Validation Tool.
3. Enter error code, validation code, and service tag. Part serial number is optional.
NOTE:
For error code, use only the last 3 or 4 digits of the code. (user can enter 0142 or 142 instead of 2000–0142.)
4. Click on Submit once all the necessary information is entered.
