Steps
1. Unroute the antenna cables from the routing guides on the assembly inner frame.
2. Remove the single screw (M2x3) for the models shipped with fingerprint reader, that secures the fingerprint bracket to the
assembly inner frame.
3. Remove the two screws (M2x4) that secure the 4-cell support frame to the assembly inner frame.
4. Remove the fifteen screws (M2x3) for the models shipped with fingerprint reader, that secure the assembly inner frame to
the system board and the palm-rest assembly.
NOTE:
For the models shipped without fingerprint reader, you must remove seventeen screws in order to remove the
assembly inner frame.
5. Lift the assembly inner frame off the system board and the palm-rest assembly.
