Switch throws errors of level
info/debug when clearing PFC
interface counters or checking PFC
interface counters.
Error messages are displayed on the
console and the counters not
incremented properly due to
misintepreted failure conditions.
Now counters are properly handled
based on the applicable registers.
Switch uploads startup-config when
tried uploading running-config.
Running-config cannot be uploaded
from web.
Corrected algorithm to determine
proper file type to upload.
PFC counters on LAG interface are
not incrementing.
