EKM server IP configuration field does not fully qualify IP address
format
The IP address configuration field for the EKM server host will accept a
full link local address as shown by Windows. The field allows the user to
enter the %x (where x is the interface number for the IP address and is not
part of the actual address). For more details on IPv6 compatibility with
