Installing the Input/Output board
1. Connect the input/output (I/O board) cable to the I/O board.
2. Replace the black adhesive tape to secure the i/o board cable.
3. Turn the I/O board over and align it with the screw holder on the computer.
4. Insert the I/O board into the computer.
5. Tighten the screw to secure the I/O board to the computer.
6. Install the:
a. base cover
b. keyboard
c. optical drive
d. battery
7. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
Removing the speakers
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. battery
b. optical drive
c. keyboard
d. base cover
3. To remove the speakers:
a. Disconnect the speaker cable [1].
b. Unroute the cables and remove the speakers from the computer [2].
