What to do if my DeLonghi Heater doesn’t work?

First, ensure the heater is plugged into a working electrical outlet and check for any obstructions. Make sure the function selector is not in the "0" position; if it is, turn it to either the "1" or "2" position. Also, the thermostat might be set too low, so turn it clockwise to a higher setting until the heater restarts. If your model has a tip-over switch, ensure the appliance is standing upright on a flat surface.
