Installing the Face Plate, Trim
and Louvres
Step 1. Install the Face Plate
n Slide the face plate down from the top of the fireplace. Ensure
that the face plate is inside of fireplace side rail as shown in
figure 6a.
n Attach the face plate by installing two screws into the top pilot
holes as shown in figure 6b.
n Do not install screws at bottom of face plate until face plate trim
is installed.

Installing the Hood
For proper operation of your fireplace, this hood must be
installed.
n Line the hood up against the two threaded holes located just
above the top of the glass door.
n Attach the hood using the screws provided.
