- D1058 Starts MI8 counting Read/Write
- D1059 Reset MI8 count value Read/Write
- For the last step, the internal PLC instruction FREQ will send a frequency
command to the drive.
Note: C200 doesn’t support PG cards. Once MI7 and MI8 are used for pulse train frequency
commands, the drive cannot support closed-loop operation.
Q MI7/8 for encoder?
A When Pr10-02=1,2,3,4, then MI7/8 are automatically assigned for encoder input.
Q How to activate encoder?
A When 10-01~02 is set, MI7 & MI8 are automatically activated for encoder input. The
original setting of MI7 & MI8 will be ignored. The encoder type must be 24V Open
Collector. See also page 6-5 of the Delta Economy Vector Control Drive C200 Series
User Manual (PG-Function Explanation).
Q Which PLC registers in C200 are latched?
A The register D0~D99.
The C200 manual says D0~399, this will be corrected.
