Check communication between CPU and the HDMI Rx/Tx device.
When the results of check item (5) are "the communication results are not OK"
Checking (HDMI Rx/Tx) device.
Check the power supply voltage. (HDMI Rx/Tx)
Check item(6). Check the power supply voltage. :
Does the power supply voltage of the HDMI Rx/Tx (IC721) indicate the appropriate voltage (1.1 V, 3.3 V)?
The test points are as follows.

Check item(7). Check the power supply voltage :
Check the power components (IC741, IC747, Q7416) and the pat-
tern on the substrate.
If there is no problem, remove the HDMI Rx/Tx (IC721) from the
substrate and measure the voltage at the test point of check item (6).
Is the voltage correct (1.1 V or 3.3 V)?
Check item (5). : Check communication between CPU and the HDMI
Rx device.
Check by reading device ID and revision of each device.
Check communication between Rx/Tx(IC721) and CPU(IC751) .
Send the transmission command "i 0000 0000 0001" from Termite.
exe.
Is the return value "01" ?
If the communication results are not OK
If the communication results are OK
Example :
If it is normal, "01" is returned.

Go to check item (11)
Replace with a new device.
The power supply circuit is
faulty.
Replace the PCB.
Recheck from check item (2).
If it does not work, replace the PCB.
