TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. The unit will not power on (protection is activated)
The Power LED (red) is blinking.
D-AMP protection is activated.
44pin (AMP_FAULT) for [U10 : STM32F030] is
"Lo"
An abnormality has occurred in the output of D-
AMP, [U19 : STA339BW]
The DC detection circuit is activated.
([Q16, Q17] are on)
Check for open or short circuits in the circuits
connected to [6, 9, 10, 13pin] of the [U19 :
STA339BW] output.
If there are no abnormalities, there may be a
defect in [U19].
Checking the "2. The unit will not power on (other
cause)".
Check for abnormalities in the power supply.
SYS_3V3, SYS_5V, STB_3V3
An abnormal temperature increase has occurred
in D-AMP [U19], or overcurrent detection is
activated.
Check for open or short circuits in the circuits
connected to [6, 9, 10, 13pin] of the [U19:
STA339BW] output.
Check for abnormalities in the circuits around
[U19].
If there are no abnormalities, there may be a
defect in [U19].
