  If the DERRICK Laboratory Equipment's air conditioner evaporator fan fails to go on due to a poor electrical connection, shut down, lock out, and tag out the electric power to the centrifuge. Open the control cabinet door, and locate the fan. Remove the screws securing the fan to the air conditioner housing, and separate the fan from the housing. While supporting the fan, check that the fan plugs are securely connected and that all leads are secure in the connectors. Correct as required; continue troubleshooting if the leads are secure.
