offershigherresistancetoelectricalcurrentsthanmuscle.Thisisbecauseelectricalcurrentspasseasilythroughthe
highvolumeofuidsthatmuscletissuecontains.Thescalereceivestheresults,whichareequaltotheuser’stotal
bodydensity.Thescalethenplugsthebodydensitygureintoanequationtodeterminehisbodyfatpercentage
basedonheightandweight.
