1.8 Changing noise filter
1.8.1 Removing noise filter
• Remove cover. (see point 1.2)
• Loosen the noise filter screws underneath the device.
• Loosen plug connections.
• Unsolder connection between noise filter and switch.
• Pull out PE connection.
• Remove noise filter.
1.8.2 Fitting noise filter
• Place noise filter into device.
• Screw noise filter to wall of the device.
• Connect plug connector to the transformer.
• Solder the connection between the noise filter and the
switch.
• Establish the PE connection.
• Connect push button box to the board.
• Fill chamber with distilled water up to the mark and fit cover.
• Fit nebuliser chamber.
• Switch on device.
• Adjust the device following the setting instructions.
• Remove push button box and housing cover.
• Fit housing cover. (see point 1.3)
• Check electrical safety according to VDE 0751 or IEC601-1
• Trial run.
1.9 Changing heating socket
1.9.1 Removing heating socket
• Remove cover. (see point 1.2)
• Unsolder connection J1 from the board.
• Loosen socket with (SW17) spanner.
• Remove socket.
1.9.2 Fitting heating socket
• Insert socket into back wall of device. Check correct direction
of insertion, following the black marker above.
• Screw socket tightly using spanner (SW14).
• Solder connection J1 to the board.
• Connect push button box to the board.
• Fill chamber with distilled water up to the mark and fit cover.
• Fit nebuliser chamber.
• Switch on device.
• Adjust the device following the setting instructions.
• Remove push button box and housing cover.
• Fit housing cover. (see point 1.3)
• Check electrical safety according to VDE 0751 or IEC601-1
• Trial run.
