7.TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. OPERATION TEMPERATURE
5°C ≤ Ambient Temp. ≤ 35°C
When the ambient temp is lower 5 °C or higher than 35°C, the dehumidifier
will stop operation.
When 5°C ≤ Ambient temp. ≤ 18°C, the machine will automatically defrost ;
during defrosting, the compressor will stop working and the fan keep running.
2.BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Before contacting professional service, please review the trouble shooting list
that includes common occurrences that are not the result of a defect in
workmanship or materials.

Plug the power cord correctly.
Is the room humidity lower than the
setting humidity data ?
Normal condition ,the machine will
not work until the room humidity is
higher than setting humidity data
Is the compressor under 3 minutes
delay start protection status ?
Normal condition , wait for 3 minutes
until the compressor finish its delay
start protection
Is the water tank full indication light
is on (red color)? (The water tank is
full or not at the right position.)
Empty the water tank and then
reposition to the machine body at
right position
The machine
doesn’t
dehumidify
Is the air filter clogged?
Clean the air filter
Is the air inlet or air outlet
obstructed?
Remove the obstruction from the air
inlet or air outlet
No air is
discharged
from air outlet
Is the air filter clogged?
Clean the air filter
The machine
is noisy when

Is the unit placed oblique or
unsteady?
Move the unit to a stable, sturdy
location.
