If your dexPro Water Heater isn't heating and the indicator light is off, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the main circuit breaker is turned on. Another potential cause is insufficient water flow; make sure the water pressure meets the minimum requirement of 0.05Mpa/0.5bar to activate the device. Finally, check that the water connections aren't reversed and that the inlet filter screen is free of any obstructions. Remember, the cold water inlet is blue, and the hot water outlet is red.
