Connect via WiFi
1. Navigate to the ‘Network Settings’ screen.
2. Switch the ‘Network Adapter’ setting to WiFi.
3. Tap Scan to scan for your network. Select the appropriate network from the list. If you don’t
find your network, manually enter your SSID.
4. Enter your network password, security settings, and encryption as needed. Tap Connect.
Get Started on DicksonOne
Create a DicksonOne account online by following the steps below or sign in.
Steps:
1. Visit DicksonOne.com/signup
2. Complete the registration form and hit ‘Sign Up.’
3. Review and acknowledge the Terms of Use.
Verify your DicksonOne Subscription
NOTE: It is important to do this step before adding any loggers! The system will work without a subscription,
but will prevent you from using alarms and storing data beyond 30 days.
A DicksonOne subscription is required to enable all features. Accounts may have an active
subscription already, and the account administrator can verify by going to DicksonOne.com > Manage
> Billing. If you do not have a subscription activated, contact your sales rep or via support (contact
details provided below).
You will now be ready to register devices online by clicking ‘+Register New Hardware.’
Adding a Logger to Your DicksonOne Account
Once your logger has been connected to the internet, you can register your logger to your
DicksonOne account using the 6-digit registration code found on the Network Settings screen of your
device.
Steps:
1. On your DicksonOne account click the ‘+ Add Hardware’.
2. Click ‘+ Add a DicksonOne Logger’.
3. Fill out the device registration form
a. Provide a name for the device
b. Type in the 6-digit registration code (provided on the logger once it is connected to the
internet)
c. Select a location, determine the settings
d. and click ‘Register Device’
4. Data will flow into the system shortly and you will see initial data in 5-10 minutes
