Department File
5.1 Program Department File
Department Name file is used for categorizing Main Groups. Department Number between 1 ~ 96
are available for programming. Department Number 97 is automatically assigned to Main Groups
that are not linked to any Department. Maximum 16 characters can be entered per Department
and with 1 line.
Note: Department Number 97 – 99 is set by default:
a. Non-PLU data (Weighing items) will be assigned to Department Number 98.
b. Non-PLU data (Non-Weighed items) will be assigned to Department number 99.
c. The Department names programmed are not printed on the label or receipt but are for
reporting.
Touch [PROGRAMMING] key follow by
[PLU RELATED] key to enter to
Programming Mode.
Touch [DEPT] key.
Note :
1. Touch [MENU] key to return back to
Programming Mode.
2. All programmed Dept File will be listed in
DEPARTMENT PROGRAMMING Display
Screen.
3. Display Screen also used to browse
existing Dept Files using the scroll bar
and to select file for modification
