COOL PRETEXT FILE
31.1 Program PRETEXT File
COOL PRETEXT File is used to program name of the PRETEXT for Cool Information programming and
printed on Label. Since standard format does not have a print area set for PRETEXT, the PRETEXT
cannot be printed when using these formats.
To print PRETEXT on the label, it is required to use a Free Format with a PRETEXT print area
programmed. Maximum 999999 PRETEXT can be programmed and maximum 100 characters can be
entered per PRETEXT File, each with 1 line.
Note: 1. SPEC 146A008 “Traceability” (in Module Spec) set to “YES”.
2. SPEC 141D053 “Traceability” (in Module Spec) set to “Cool Feature”
Touch [PROGRAMMING] key follow by
[COOL] key to enter to Programming Mode.
Touch [PRETEXT] key.
Note:
1. Touch [MENU] key to return back to
Programming Mode.
2. All programmed Pretext File will be listed
in Pretext Programming Display Screen.
3. Display Screen also used to browse
existing PRETEXT Files using the scroll
bar and to select file for modification
