3.4.1.9 Tare Assignment
Tare value can be assigned to a preset key for call up Tare data by pressing the assigned
preset key in Registration Mode.
Menu Mode ~> Programming ~> Preset key
In Preset Key Programming, Enter group
number (e.g. 0).
Note: Adjust Primary keys, Secondary keys and
Accumulation keys to desired display size.
Touch [PRIMARY KEYS] key.
Touch [PLU] key until the word TARE
display on the key.
Note: [DATA TYPE] key will toggle for the
following selection, PLU, FUNCTION,
DEPT, GROUP, CLERK, MG,
TRACEABILITY, TARE, TAX,
FLEXKEY_FUNC, SURCHARGE, LABEL
FORMAT, KEYPAD KEY, TEXT, IMAGE
and COLOR
Assign by entering the existing actual tare
value by using the keypad.
Enter the actual tare value by the
keypad (e.g. 100).
Touch the desired preset key (e.g. Row #1,
Column #4 at page 2).
