The allowed values are: 0 (none) - 32 (Hired) - 64 (Stopped) - 128 (ForHire).
Also combinations are allowed. In that case the values need to be summed together.
For example, to put ON light number 3 in Stopped and also in ForHire the value to program is: 64 + 128 = 192.
