220 Block-number for taxi-light to be ON: this is the number of the tariff-block where the taxi-light should be ON. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 62 (max). 0 - 62
221 Prog-Date-number for taxi-light to be ON: this is the number of the Prog-Date where the taxi-light should be ON. The allowed value goes from 0 (min) to 8 (max). 0 - 8
222 State of taximeter for taxi-light to be ON - This is the state (or states) of the taximeter in which the taxi-light should be ON.
The allowed values are: 0 (none) - 32 (Hired) - 64 (Stopped) - 128 (ForHire).
Also combinations are allowed. In that case the values need to be summed together.
For example, to put ON the taxi-light in Stopped and also in ForHire the value to program is: 64 + 128 = 192.
For Hire = 128
Stopped = 64
Hired = 32
None = 0
