Why won't my Dillon EDjunior Measuring Instruments power on?
    • R
      Robert BishopAug 12, 2025
If your Dillon Measuring Instruments do not power on, several factors could be at play. First, ensure you replace the batteries with high-quality alkaline batteries if they are low. If the batteries are new, check that the positive terminals (nub) of both batteries face inward towards the black cap and that the spring is attached to the battery cap. Also, perform a software reset by removing the battery cap and reinstalling it after one minute, then try turning the power on again. Finally, the display contrast may be too light. Hold the Arrow key down while pressing the F2 key several times to increase the display contrast. If nothing occurs, release both keys, press the power button, and try again.
