Installation

• This heater should not be used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
• Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint, or ammable liquids are used or stored.
• Installation minimum clearances specied in this manual must be followed.
• The heater must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Minimum Clearances
This appliance must only be used in a well ventilated area. The heater should not be installed:
• Where heat ignition can cause damage to gas cylinders/lines.
• Near other combustible materials.
• In open locations subject to harsh weather elements such as rain or snow.
Heater should be installed to allow adequate:
• Clearance around air openings to combustion chamber.
• Clearance from combustible material.
• Provisions for accessibility and clearance for combustion and ventilating air supply.
Figure 2 shows the required clearances around the heater. All dimensions shown are minimum values.
