(Butter/Lemon Sauce)
A. Put 1 oz. butter/lemon sauce on dish. Lay uncooked, thawed fillet
flat and top with 1 oz. butter/lemon sauce.
B. Spread potatoes au gratin on dish.
C. Place vegetables on dish (Classic, Classic II).
