Vehicle Seat Belt Systems
In order to protect a child in an accident, this booster must be used with a compatible vehicle
seat belt. This booster seat may be used with LATCH in addition to vehicle 3-point seat belt.
The following seat belt types are NOT compatible with this booster seat:
X Two-point seatbelts of any kind
X Three-point seat belts with separate retractors for lap and shoulder sections
X Motor-driven, automatic seat belts
X Seat belts with anchorage points on the door
The vehicle owner’s manual will have complete information on the types of seat belts in the
vehicle. If the seat belt type is listed above, choose another seating position in the vehicle.
This booster seat is only compatible with Ford Motor Company's inatable seat belts and has not
yet been tested with any other manufacturer's inatable seat belt. When using in backless booster
mode, the inatable seat belt can be used as long as the shoulder strap ts properly without
adding the adjustable belt strap. The inflatable seat belts cannot be used in combination with
the adjustable belt strap. Consult your vehicle owner's manual for more information.
Use ONLY the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belt system when restraining the child in the booster
seat. Do NOT use with a seat belt system that is motorized or anchored to the vehicle door.
