Why won't my DIVERSITECH ASURITY PROCP-22S start when full?

If your DIVERSITECH Water Pump doesn't start when full of condensate, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check if power is being supplied to the pump. Remove the top of the pump from the tank and manually move the float up. The pump motor should activate, the fan should spin visibly, and you should hear it running. Another possibility is that the pump impeller isn't turning. Inspect the impeller housing for any blockages. If the problem continues, the motor might be stuck, and you should return the pump to the place of purchase if it's still under warranty.
