Problem: Vender will not recognize a sold-out column.
Enter diagnostics
menu and advance
to “Su”.
Are all sold-out
switches not
working?
Are all switches
plugged in?
Plug switches in.
Determine which
switch is not
working with
diagnostics.
Plug harness in.
Rewire switches.
Is harness plugged
into extension
cable?
Are all switches
wired to N.O.?
Check continuity
of ground wire to
board. O.K.?
Call Dixie-Narco
Factory Service.
Is break in ground
on extension
harness?
Repair extension
harness.
Repair bent pin
and retest.
Check for bent pin
in P5 connector.
O.K.?
Repair switch
harness.
Is ground wire on
switch O.K.?
Check continuity
of switch. O.K.?
Repair ground
wire.
Replace switch.
Check continuity
to SIID board.
O.K.
Repair wiring
error.
Is switch mis-
wired?
Repair wiring.
Is switch
plugged in?
Plug in
