Problem: Acceptor will not take notes or does not display them.
Make sure vend
prices are not set to
zero.
Is vender in exact
change?
Does “nA”
flashing lights
come on?
Take vender out of
exact change.
Enter diagnostics
and scroll to “nA”.
Replace fuse.
Check 1A
peripheral fuse.
O.K.?
Will USA accept
$1.00 and display
it?
Replace USA with
known good unit.
Does it work?
Replace harness.
Check note
acceptor harness
for continuity.
OK?
Exit menu and
return to idle
mode.
Replace USA.
Call Dixie-Narco
Factory Service.
Replace USA with
known good unit.
O.K.
Check harness.
O.K.?
Replace SIID
package.
Return vender to
service.
Replace harness.
Has problem been
