Manual Takeo / Landing
Only stop motors mid-ight in emergency situations when doing so can reduce
the risk of damage or injury. The method to stop the motor can be set in DJI Pilot.
4. Preparing for Takeoff
Power on the remote controller Power on the aircraft Launch DJI Pilot
Use a DJI account to activate the aircraft and the Smart Controller. Activation
requires an internet connection. Before activating the aircraft in DJI Pilot, power on
the Smart Controller and follow the prompts to activate.
