The POWER RIBBON PAPER ERROR on DNP Photo printers can occur due to several reasons. Check if the paper or ribbon has run out and replace them if needed. Ensure that the mechanism unit door is properly closed after setting the paper. For DP-DS820 Series, confirm the scrap box is correctly installed. Make sure the paper and ribbon are set properly, and that the data size matches the media size configured on the printer. If it is a system error, try resetting the ON/Standby switch; if the issue persists, contact your dealer.
