  The POWER RIBBON PAPER ERROR on your DNP Printer can be caused by several issues: * The printer is out of paper. You should set a new roll of paper. * The ribbon has run out. Try setting a new ribbon. * The mechanism unit door is open and there is no paper. Properly set the paper and then close the mechanism unit. * The mechanism unit door is open. Ensure the mechanism unit is closed. * There is a paper error. Make sure to set the paper properly. * There is a ribbon error. Ensure the ribbon is set correctly. * There is a system error. Reset the ON/Standby switch. If the system doesn't recover, contact your dealer. * The print heads are cooling down. This error should clear automatically.
