Installing Your Camera

Loosen Velcro Straps
Lift and loosen the velcro strap found on the rear of the RX8W+.

Place Mirror and Slide Velcro Straps
Place the RX8W in front of the rear view mirror. Slide both velcro
straps over the sides of the car's rear view mirror.
4.
Tighten Velcro Straps
Ensure the lens is not touching the rear view mirror. Pull the straps to tighten.
5. Install the Cigarette Adapter
If you have not done so previously, plug the cigarette adapter into your
vehicle's power port. Insert the USB plug (opposite end of the power adapter) into
the USB port on the camera. The wiring can be hidden in the headliner and
the various seams and rubber strips around the perimeter of the windshield.
6. Remove the Protective Lens Cover
Your camera is now installed and ready for daily use.
Tips:
If grease, fingerprints, or blots are found on the external/internal windshield
of the car, please wipe it clean. Blots may worsen the recording quality.
