8 Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Suggested remedy
In gas mode
The refrigerator is not
working.
The gas cylinder is
empty.
Replace the gas cylinder.
The gas valve is
closed.
Open the gas valve.
There is air in the line. Switch the refrigerator off and
on again. If necessary, repeat
the procedure 3 – 4x.
In 12 Vg mode:
The refrigerator is not
working.
The fuse in the 12 Vg
cable is faulty.
Replace the fuse.
The battery is empty. Switch on the ignition.
The ignition is not on. Switch on the ignition.
The heating element is
faulty.
Contact the authorised cus-
tomer service.
In 230 Vw mode:
The refrigerator is not
working.
The fuse in the
230 Vw grid is faulty.
Replace the fuse.
The vehicle is not con-
nected to the 230 Vw
grid.
Connect the vehicle to the
230 Vw grid.
The heating element is
faulty.
Contact the authorised cus-
tomer service.
