  If the DoorHan Control Unit leveler isn't rising and the pump isn't rotating, several issues could be the cause. First, check the electrical wires and voltage in the socket to ensure there's supply voltage. A faulty power switch or a blown fuse (FU) could also be the problem; consider replacing them. Other potential causes include a faulty contactor or no power to the contactor coil, in which case the main board should be replaced. Ensure jumpers are correctly set to ?15, ?16, ?17, ?18. Also, inspect the lip inductive position sensor or photoelectric sensor. Finally, faulty control buttons may be the issue, requiring replacement of the control board.
