What causes the electric strike locks on or gate operator to hold open on DoorKing 1812 Classic Intercom System?
    • K
      Kevin JamesSep 13, 2025
This can be due to excessive voltage drop on the 24 VAC line. Another potential cause is the relay auto-activate time zone being enabled; turn it off or reprogram the time zone. Also, the entry code used might have been programmed under a hold location code; reprogram the entry code into a momentary activation location code.

You might be using the wrong attention number. Try re-programming the attention number.
