3.1.10. ntercooler
z
Tear down the various hoses and air pipes from
the inter cooler
z
Remove the intercooler fixing bolts and tear it
down.
3.1.11. Fuel injection pipe
z
Unscrew the hollow screws to disassemble the
fuel return pipe.
z
Remove the nuts installed on the fuel injection
pump and nozzles, then disassemble the
injection pipe.
3.1.12. Air heater
z
Remove the electrical wiring for the air heater.
z
Disassemble the intake pipes by loosening the
nuts installed thereon.
z
Disassemble the air heater and gasket.
3.1.13. Intake manifold
z
Remove the air hose connected to the fuel
injection pump.
z
Loosen the intake manifold fixing bolts, then
disassemble the intake manifold.
