Playback of Messages
The

indicator will ash when there are new ICM messages.
1. Press and release . New ICM playback will begin.
2. After each ICM the day & time the message was received will be announced,
followed by a short beep.
3. If two short beeps are heard there are no further new ICM’s, and the
machine will return to standby mode.
4. If you wish to playback all ICM’s (old then new) press and release again.
NOTE!
All ICM’s will be saved (unless erased during playback, see below) new ICM’s will be recorded
after the old ones.
The following functions are available during playback:
Button Function

Repeat or hold down until you hear a beep, in order to step
through the messages backwards.

Skip to next message.
!
Stop playback.
C
Erase current message.
v / V
Increase or decrease the ICM playback volume.

Pause during ICM playback (max. 7 seconds). Press again to
continue.
Delete Messages (ICM’s)
Delete Individual ICM’s
If you want to delete a single ICM, press
C
while that particular message is
playing.
Delete All ICM’s
It is only possible to delete all ICM’s simultaneously after playback:
Press and hold
C
until you hear a long beep.
Please note that new ICM’s cannot be deleted until they have been played.
